Dr. Elena Pirozhkov, DC

Dr. Elena brings over a decade of experience as an Olympic athlete to CITYCHIRO. She is well versed on rehabilitation, nutrition, supplementation and chiropractic techniques. Having been an elite level athlete, she knows and understands show to treat a variety of musculoskeletal issues related to sports injuries, training, and active lifestyles.

Women’s Freestyle Wrestling career:

  • 3x Pan-American Champion

  • 9x National Champion

Massage Therapist:

Quinn Tew

Quinn is a highly skilled massage therapist, wellness coach, and movement specialist. With a dual degree in Exercise Science and French from Indiana University and experience as a state and national title-winning rugby and powerlifting athlete, Quinn combines her passion for fitness with her expertise in manual therapy to help clients achieve their wellness goals.

With over 10 years of experience working for Equinox Fitness in San Francisco and in Tribeca coaching clients and educating fellow trainers, Quinn has honed her skills in foundational movement and training principles, nutrition coaching, lifestyle coaching, and movement analysis.

After graduating with honors from the Swedish Institute for Massage Therapy in 2020, Quinn has been helping clients manage pain and overcome body restrictions, tailoring her manual therapy and movement protocols to suit each individual's needs.
